🔹產地直送鳳梨釋迦,又稱鳳香果,果實碩大,果皮薄,果鱗較小



🔹釋迦食用方法:

1. 釋迦果實對低溫敏感,在果實尚未軟化前,不可置於冰箱中,否則會發生後熟障礙,使果實不能正常後熟軟化(俗稱啞吧果)無法食用。

2. 食用釋迦請輕輕的捏看看釋迦是否已經軟熟了,如果軟的話就可以食用囉。

3. 一般釋迦(軟枝種及大目種)在夏季約1~3天就會軟熟,冬季約3~5天軟熟。

4. 鳳梨釋迦冬季約3~5天軟熟。

5. 如果想要快快吃到釋迦的話,可以使用報紙包覆保暖,加速軟熟,若想要慢慢吃的話,只需存放在通風處保存即可。

6. 鳳梨釋迦請用水果刀切開食用。

7. 將軟熟的釋迦果肉挖出放置容器內,置於冰箱冷藏可存放5天,冷凍庫可存放一個月,取出食用時冰涼香甜又不沾手,風味像冰淇淋般美味喔!
